Painting Facility that started operating in Corlu in 1994 has been serving the textile industry since then with a daily production capacity of 45 tons in a covered area of 25.000 square meters

In this huge facility, painting and chemical finishing works are carried out in a wide range consisting of 100% cotton and polyester, cotton-polyester mix, nylon, towel, velvet, polar etc. People are the center of sustainable development efforts

Our facility which holds Qeko-Tex 100 Certificate also has a biological treatment system with a capacity of 2000 m3. A perfect quality sense is adapted at every stage of production in Aka Painting Facility that uses state-of-the-art technology and laboratory equipment.

Total quality philosophy is applied at every stage in Aka Group in order to achieve perfection. Chemical powder, soda and paint automation are used in all machines, and each product is subject to physical and chemical quality tests.
